Personal Introduction

In my childhood, I used to draw houses and cities, which was already a sign of my future profession. In my work,I approach each project and client humbly with special care. *A minimális egységár 300 m2 feletti épületre érvényes. Az egységár értéke az épület méretével fordítottan arányos. Az építész tervezési díj minimum 750.000 Ft + ÁFA.

The fee for detailed plans depends on the material of the structural system and the complexity of the mechanical systems

Tartószerkezeti munkarész díja 350.000 Ft + ÁFA–tól.

The fee for the building services and electrical system description is
180,000 HUF + VAT and up.

Földmérő munkadíja 150.000 Ft +ÁFA-tól

If needed, a customized quote will be provided for geotechnical survey, fire safety technical description, and landscaping plan.
