The architectural part of general planning is starting from 3900 HUF/ gross m2 + VAT.

The minimum unit price is applicable to buildings exceeding 300 m2. The unit price is inversely proportional to the building area. The minimum architectural design fee is 590,000 HUF + VAT.

The fee for detailed plans depends on the material of the structural system and the complexity of the mechanical systems

The fee for the structural work section starts from 250,000 HUF + VAT.

The fee for the building services and electrical system description is
180,000 HUF + VAT and up.

Land surveyor's fee starting from 100,000 HUF + VAT.

If needed, a customized quote will be provided for geotechnical survey, fire safety technical description, and landscaping plan.
