Building Survey

Építészeti felmérés – meglévő épületek felmérése során a cél az épületről egy komplett tervdokumentáció készítése ami az alábbiakat tartalmazza:

• Floor plans for each level
• Two cross-sections
• All facade drawings
• Site plan showing the building's position and an overhead view

Upon request, it is possible to include:

• Structural condition assessment
• Existing street view drawing of the building with neighboring structures

In the case of sloping terrain (over 10%), the project can only be undertaken together with a geodetic survey.

This service is usually required for expanding existing buildings and their permitting processes.
