The design was created for a family with two children. The building is fundamentally designed with a pitched roof, incorporating modern elements and features. The facade is adorned with colors and materials in line with today's trends. Its unique layout includes a spacious living room with a large gallery, as well as a communal space on the upper floor. Due to the father's work, who primarily works from home, a separate office was designed on the ground floor. Next to it there is the master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, there are two children's rooms connected by a shared, separate hallway with a bathroom and a closet, as well as a guest room with its own private bathroom.
