Architectural Notification

A procedure for an architectural notification must be conducted in the following cases:

• For any work affecting the building facade, including window replacements, roof renovations, facade insulation, etc.
• In case of fence renovation
• If you intend to change the building's designated use (e.g., converting residential space into an office, storage into a residential unit, etc.).
• In cases of use change, such as creating multiple smaller apartments from an existing larger apartment.
